There is no doubt that we are experiencing one of the craziest and unpredictable markets that we have seen in several years.  However, with all of the uncertainties, there is one thing we can be certain about.  It is a buyers market.  I don't care where you are looking at purchasing a home it is a buyers market across our entire nation.  With record numbers of houses on the markets the buyers have so many different choices that the sellers have to be willing to negotiate with the buyers if they want to sell their property.  Sometimes it is easier for sellers to drop their sales price to try and strike a deal with home buyers than to hold out for the price they are asking because the longer they hold on to the property the more they have to pay for it.  If you are wanting to purchase the house of your dreams please take advantage of this and contact your realtor today and start looking for deals.  Remember that you as home buyers are sitting in the drivers seat so get out there and happy house hunting.
