Financing is still Available

Even though the financial world seems to be completely upside financing for your new home or existing home is still available.  While alot of the loans that were around two years ago are long gone the basic loans that a majority of people have been relying on are still available.  Take advantage of the market and find the home of yor dreams today.

I think you brought up a lot of great points. I think now is the perfect time to buy what you can afford while prices are a little lower. I know you have done a great job helping us buy our first home and then with the second. I thank you for explaining everything and even looking at our budget to make sure we were making the best decision for us at the time. We are very happy at the time but know that you are only a call away if the need arises. I also know that these times are times where honest lenders who work with their customer well being in mind will succeed so I know you will be around. Thanks again George
